As part of our next phase of growth, we are looking to expand our team to drive and develop our presence across the North of England and Scotland.


The Role

This is a strategic, field-based role responsible for driving regional business growth, developing key accounts, and executing sales strategies across both the NHS and private healthcare sectors.

As a Sales Business Manager, you will take ownership of your territory, identifying opportunities for growth, building long-term partnerships, and positioning BAP Medical as a trusted partner in scar therapy and podiatry.


Key Responsibilities

·      Own and deliver the sales and growth strategy for your territory

·      Drive revenue through a combination of key account management and new business development

·      Build and manage strategic relationships with NHS trusts, ICBs, private clinics, and key opinion leaders

·      Identify, develop, and convert opportunities within scar therapy and podiatry markets

·      Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy

·      Influence decision-making through clinical and commercial engagement

·      Develop account plans to increase product adoption and long-term value

·      Monitor and analyse sales performance, pipeline, and market activity

·      Work cross-functionally to ensure strong delivery and customer satisfaction

·      Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and clinical forums


About You

·      Proven experience in a Sales Business Manager, Territory Manager, or Key Account Manager role

within healthcare or medical sales

·      Experience working within both the NHS and private healthcare sectors

·      Strong track record of delivering against revenue targets and growing a territory

·      Demonstrable success in managing key accounts and complex sales cycles

·      Knowledge or experience in scar management, wound care, dermatology, or podiatry is desirable

·      Commercially focused with strong negotiation and influencing skills

·      Able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution

·      Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a field-based role

·      Willingness to travel across the North of England and Scotland

·      Full UK driving licence
