Ecommerce Manager (FTC) | Luxury Fashion

London / Hybrid (3 days office)

£70-75k | 12 MTH FTC (perm also considered)

This luxury DTC fashion brand known for its cult following and bold, creative collections is looking for a hands on Ecommerce Manager to lead trading, conversion and site performance during a crucial growth phase.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role will take full ownership of ecommerce trading and deliver commercial results across multiple Shopify stores. You’ll:

• Drive day-to-day DTC trading - identifying opportunities, pulling levers and reacting fast to trends
• Manage forecasting, stock levels and sell-through goals, working closely with Merch and Production
• Lead CRO initiatives to optimise conversion and customer experience
• Use data and insights to experiment, test and refine product and trading strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, launches and trading calendars
• Act as a digital brand guardian, ensuring the online experience reflects the brand’s premium positioning

You

You’re analytical, commercial and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You know what levers to pull to move the numbers.

• Strong ecommerce trading background within fashion or luxury (must have experience working in a smaller brand)
• Deep DTC experience - ideally with Shopify, Nosto, Klaviyo and GA4
• Highly numerate and data driven - comfortable with forecasting, CRO and trading KPIs
• Confident using insight to drive change and maximise revenue
• Hands-on and proactive - you roll up your sleeves and get things done
• Ambitious and self-starting, with a sharp eye for detail and performance

Contract Details

• 12-month FTC (with potential to extend)
• Start ASAP
• No direct reports, but full autonomy and ownership
