Business Solution Architect – Senior Manager

London | Up to £115,000 + Benefits Package

We’re seeking a Senior Manager-level Business Solution Architect to join a high-performing team delivering transformative managed services solutions. This is a strategic, client-facing role designing, scaling, and implementing high-impact business and technology solutions.

This is a solutioning leadership role where you’ll operate at the intersection of business, technology, and operational strategy, helping organisations solve complex challenges while delivering measurable outcomes.

You’ll:

• Design and propose comprehensive solutions that address complex client needs
• Lead the development of high-level operating and delivery models
• Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and cost-effective
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and demonstrate ROI
• Guide and mentor teams, embedding best practices across solutioning
• Shape proposals that highlight quality, differentiation, and strategic impact

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience designing outsourcing or managed services solutions
• Experience in transition and transformation planning
• Familiarity with business case development and ROI assessment
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills
• Ability to create client proposals with clear purpose and differentiation
• Public sector experience is advantageous
