• Your New Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise whole classes in the absence of the class teacher Ensure pupils remain on task using preset work Manage classroom behaviour and keep lessons running smoothly Support students by answering questions and encouraging participation Work across a range of subjects (no subject expertise required)This role is an excellent pathway into education for sports coaches interested in:

• Gaining valuable school-based experience
• Exploring a potential future in teaching
• Working flexible hours around other commitments
