About the Role:We are seeking dedicated and proactive SEN Teaching Assistants to join a dynamic school in Peterborough. The school operates across three sites and supports pupils with severe and complex needs, including autistic children, with the majority being non-verbal. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with severe and complex needs.
• Engage in manual handling and personal care as required.
• Adapt to different sites based on daily staffing needs.
• Collaborate with a team to create a supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in manual handling and personal care is essential.
• Must be open, proactive, resilient, and have a great sense of humour.
• Ability to receive and act on feedback to assess suitability.
• Flexibility to work across different sites as needed.
