Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant - PRU SettingLocation: Rochdale Pay: £109.85 - £120 per day Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for an Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a PRU setting in Rochdale. This role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour, helping them to re-engage with education in a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour
- Build positive relationships with students
- Support engagement in learning
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Driver or access to a car
- Experience working with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or similar
