Your experience in building relationships, managing behaviour, and supporting vulnerable young people makes you a strong fit for working within SEN settings.

The Role

• Support pupils with additional needs including SEMH, ASC and communication difficulties
• Work 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and emotional development
• Use your behaviour management and de-escalation skills in the classroom
• Help create a calm, structured and supportive environment
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils

The Ideal Candidate

• Background in youth work, support work, coaching or similar
• Experience working with young people who may display challenging behaviour
