Pay: £14.24 p/h
Contract: Temporary (Starting after Easter through to the end of the academic year)

The RoleAs a General Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both the class teacher and the students to ensure a productive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a tangible difference in children's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Support: Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
Small Group Work: Leading focused interventions in literacy, numeracy, or phonics.
1:1 Support: Providing tailored assistance to students who may need extra help to reach their learning milestones.
Inclusion: Supporting students with diverse learning needs to ensure they remain engaged and motivated.
Supervision: Helping to maintain a safe and positive environment during transitions and structured activities.
We need someone who is proactive, patient, and able to build quick rapport with staff and students alike.
Experience: Previous experience working with children (school settings, coaching, or youth work) is highly desirable.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Reliability: A commitment to the full duration of the term (Easter until July).
Qualifications: A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred, but we welcome applications from graduates or those with relevant transferable experience.
Competitive Pay: Earn a flat rate of £14.24 per hour.
