SEMH Support Assistant – Newcastle upon Tyne (Full-Time)Focus: Challenging Behaviour

We are recruiting a full-time SEMH Support Assistant in Newcastle upon Tyne to work within a specialist setting supporting learners with challenging behaviour and social, emotional and mental health needs.

Responsibilities • Support learners displaying challenging behaviour • Assist with behaviour intervention and de-escalation • Reinforce routines, expectations and boundaries • Build positive, consistent relationships • Support engagement in learning
