ROLE: Shift Electrical Engineer

Shift HOURS: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) - 4 days 7am-7pm then 4 days off then 4 nights 7pm-7am then 4 days off

LOCATION: Hounslow

We're looking for a Shift Electrical Engineer who will maintain plant and equipment, ensure compliance, and deliver high‑quality service within a fast‑paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain plant and equipment associated with the building's mechanical and electrical systems.
• Complete both planned and reactive works efficiently and in line with contract and legal requirements.
• Deliver a high‑quality service and uphold strong safety standards.
• Manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks appropriately.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
• Participate fully in training and appraisal activities.
• Undertake additional duties within capability as required.
• Work within the 4 on 4 off shift rotation.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified engineering background – C&G 2392 or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proactive, self‑motivated approach with strong safety awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills with understanding of CAFM systems.
• Challenging and inquisitive mindset.
