Are you ambitious, driven, and looking to kick-start a rewarding career? We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. No prior recruitment experience is needed-just the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
• Learning sales, negotiation, and business development skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Resilience and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus (but not essential)
