Interim Assistant Principal

Panoramic Associates is partnered with a school in Gloucestershire who require an interim Assistant Principal to join them for a period of 3-6 months, starting as soon as possible. This is a key role supporting the Head and wider regional time during a period of transition.

As Assistant Principal, you will lead on teaching and learning improvement across secondary phases, drive student outcomes through effective use of data and assessment and provide coaching and mentoring to staff, particularly on pedagogy and pastoral practise. This role is adding capacity rather to an already strong team, working in a school with an inclusive ethos and support from the regional team.

Experience at Assistant or Deputy Headteacher level is required, with a background in mainstream, special or independent sector. Interviews are due to take place next week, w/c 13th April with a view to start immediately. A DBS on the update service is preferable but not essential.
