What Youll Do

As part of the Sales Academy, you will:

Build strong, authentic relationships with potential customers

Learn how to spot opportunities and understand customer needs

Develop confidence in sales conversations and presentations

Work closely with experienced sales professionals and mentors

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, youll need to:

Be able to travel to your assigned DXC office location (up to five days per week)

Hold British citizenship (due to UK Security Vetting requirements)

Be graduating in 2026 with a predicted 2:1 or above, or have graduated within the last three years with a 2:1 or above
