- Maintain exceptional standards across bar, floor, and kitchen teams to ensure memorable guest experiences.
- Represent the venue within Manchester’s hospitality scene and build local partnerships to enhance reputation.
About You
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a premium bar or restaurant.
- Strong record in driving sales, managing budgets, and leading operational performance.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and motivation skills.
