Senior FP&A Manager | 12 month contract | Multi-site hospitality | £90k | hybrid working

This is an an exciting opportunity to join a well known hospitality group as their Senior FP&A Manager on a 12 month contract. This role would suit a qualified accountant with at least 4 years post qualified experience as well as experience a multi site consumer business.

You will oversee group budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You’ll play a key role in delivering clear, timely financial insights, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring strong financial governance.

You’ll collaborate regularly with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, and contribute to strategic planning, investor reporting, and ongoing financial performance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing finance team
• Provide clear direction across reporting and planning cycles
• Own the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Support long-term planning and strategic target setting
• Oversee cashflow forecasting and working capital insights
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Lead the month-end close process and reporting cycles
• Produce insightful performance analysis and group reporting packs
• Provide visibility and analysis of central costs
• Deliver actionable insights to support operational decision-making
• Partner with senior leadership to communicate financial performance
