• For Property Viewing Assistant Services, Property Maintenance Services and Construction Recruitment Services you will cold-calling Real Estate Managers, Property Landlords and Construction Recruitment Managers.
• 2. Graduates Young People Employment Career Coaching Services: for University graduates and Youth Employment Organisations you will be cold-calling University Recruitment Team Managers and Young People Employment Organisation Recruitment Team Managers. Etc
• PR International Properties and Portia Roberts High-Ticket Sales Packages: You will also be required to be selling both our new business agency: PR International Properties and Portia Roberts agency high-ticket package offers to both new and existing clients.

Duties:

• Group Email Marketing, Cold-calling Expert: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing all cold calling techniques to generate interest and secure sales opportunities
• Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms effectively to close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) we will provide a start of point general Linkedin Contact Leads ( Spreadsheet ) and if required we can register and provide software like Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
• Follow up with potential clients through telemarketing efforts, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
• Booking Official new clients enrol-induction with managing director via Office Teams / Zoom meetings
• Posting our agencies new job roles on job boards: such as on Indeed, CV Library and Provide exceptional customer service.
• Requirements and Proven Telesales Experience : Telesales: 3 years. Cold calling: 2 years Or More ( essential) and Closing sales: 2 year (essential)

Salary Package & Commission Structure: We offer a starting salary of £26,000-£30,000 Per Annum with a structured career progression monthly sales targets plan. Consistently achieved sales targets for consecutive months, successfully completing the probation period. Majority of your earnings will be coming from commission bonuses!

Job Types: Full Time, Permanent( 32 Hours per Week) 3 Months Probationary Period, If Successful Then Permanent.

They will be 2 main Stages for the job role as per below:

1: Probationary Period between 3 Months, where you will only be required to be working as our Telesales Executives where you will be working for PR International Properties and attend Marketing In-Person Workshops Events in London venues: where you will be pro-actively marketing sales: promoting all PR International Properties Services and Portia Roberts Agencies Services to potential new clients! Booking the new clients to our Service Inductions Sessions with to MD who will organise the new clients first official services to start!

2.Please Note: you will be required to first perform and hit your sales targets first, hitting at least 5 or more new official paying clients in order for the our agency: company to officially start paying your monthly salary of £2200 per month and along when you are hitting both of your PR International Properties and Portia Roberts agency high ticket package service offers Commission Pay!

Self-Employed Consultant: AsYou will be recruited as Self-Employed Consultant which means you are responsible for your own tax contribution to the HRMC Tax Revenue. Kindly make your own tax arrangements to the HMRC Revenue.

Contractual Working Hours: Full Time, Mondays- Thursdays (9am - 5PM), Remote and attend In-Person Marketing SalesWorkshops in London End Of Every Month (Fridays)

Monthly Salary and Commission Pay: £2200 Per Month: Please Note that this is a Self-Employed Job Role and Will Start Commission Only Payed once you have booked at least 5 Official paying clients then it will become your monthly official salary..

Commission Pay: You will be paid 10% Commission Fee for each sale you make on our High-Ticket Package Service Offers you sale for both PR International Properties Services Packages and Portia Roberts Agencies Services Packages.
