My client is a PE-backed residential developer, scaling aggressively across the capital. This role sits on a major London scheme, with real scope to step up as the pipeline grows. You’ll lead a high-performing commercial team, shape commercial strategy, and influence how complex projects are delivered from start to finish.

The Role

• Lead and develop a commercial team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and high performance.
• Oversee forecasting, cost control, and reporting to maintain commercial discipline across the programme.
• Manage procurement strategy and supply-chain engagement, driving value and efficiency.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and audit-ready processes are consistently applied.
• Engage on site to monitor progress, resolve issues, and deliver informed commercial guidance.

You

• 10+ years’ experience in commercial construction, leading teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical skills, and confident in challenging assumptions.
• Calm, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to prioritise competing demands.
