Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – UK & Northern Europe

Location: Remote (UK-Based)

Salary: £45,000 + Uncapped Commission & Accelerators


The Mission

Swivel Secure is looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion, with a primary focus on the UK market while scaling across Northern Europe. Working alongside our existing team, you will take total ownership of your new business pipeline, drive revenue through our channel partners, and build a sustainable, high-performing territory.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Total Pipeline Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle yourself, from prospecting and crafting tailored presentation decks to generating quotes and closing the final deal.
  • Drive Revenue: Lead and close new sales opportunities through our valued channel partners.
  • Strategy & Execution: Execute a sales strategy based on market trends and customer pain points.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to shape our go-to-market strategy.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced: 3+ years of field sales in enterprise IT or security, with a proven track record in channel sales.
  • Communicator: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional European languages such as German, Dutch, or French are desirable.
  • Tech-Savvy & Independent: Proficient with Salesforce, comfortable with data-driven decisions, and highly capable of managing your own daily sales operations.
  • Mobile: Hold a valid driving licence and have the unrestricted right to work in the UK or Europe.
