Deputy Manager – Fashion Retail

Location: Kingston Upon Thames

Salary: Up to £32,840 per annum (pro rata) + bonus

We’re recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a well-established and growing lifestyle brand known for its strong identity, premium service, and stylish product range.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the store. You’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring strong commercial performance.

You will:

• Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store KPIs
• Coach team members through regular feedback and support
• Take ownership of visual merchandising, including in-store and window displays
• Make commercially driven decisions around stock and product placement
• Support the delivery of a positive, high-performing store environment
• Build relationships with customers and contribute to local brand awareness

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, driven, and passionate about retail.

You will:

• Have experience in a fashion, footwear or accessories retail environment
• Be currently working as a Supervisor, Keyholder or Assistant Manager
• Be a natural leader with the ability to inspire and develop others
• Have a strong focus on customer service and results
• Be commercially aware and motivated by achieving targets
• Be reliable, professional, and proactive in your approach
