As we continue to expand our customer base and enter new markets, we are seeking an experienced sales manager to oversee our strategic business efforts at the highest level.


The Role

This is a highly influential executive-level business position. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the company’s sales strategy in the United Kingdom and Europe, driving the signing of contracts worth millions of pounds, and establishing long-term partnerships with key clients and original equipment manufacturers. You will be responsible for our key clients within our sales region, ensuring that our work aligns with client needs and business delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic business development with global OEMs and enterprise clients.
  • Own the sales pipeline and revenue growth across international markets.
  • Completion of large-scale, multi-year electronic manufacturing services and contracts for electronic manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships within customer organisations.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, production and supply chain teams.
  • Lead, develop and expand the sales and key account management teams.
  • Represent the company at global trade events and industry forums.
  • Report to the Managing Director on commercial performance, forecasts, and strategy execution.


What We’re Looking For

  • Language skills: Proficient in both Chinese and English. Both languages can be used as working languages, enabling seamless communication with internal teams in both China and overseas clients without any language barriers.
  • Industry Experience: Over 10 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 5 years focused on consumer electronics FATP-related business activities. Proficient in the technical principles, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations of consumer electronics products.
  • Market experience: Possesses sales or work experience in the UK/European market, with familiarity with customer segments and market conditions within the European electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Customer Acquisition Skills: Possesses excellent skills in developing relationships with large clients and conducting business negotiations. Priority given to candidates with.
  • Job Mobility: Requires permanent presence in Europe for work purposes. Priority given to individuals with a valid UK work permit who can travel internationally as needed.
