Job Title: Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative

Salary: £35-40,000 base + £15k commission

Location: Hybrid - London office

We're recruiting for talented grads and SDRs for a Series A backed SaaS company in the ChemTech space. They're approaching £5m ARR and are expanding the sales team to match the interest they're receiving.

You’ll need:

  • BD experience helpful but not crucial
  • Understanding of ICP and personas
  • Knowledge of tech stack
  • Drive and ambition


Minimum required competencies

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience using some form of CRM
  • Adaptable and reactive - our client is scaling and still adapting so learning from failure and being able to handle uncertainty is incredibly important!

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects to see if they fit your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Uncover customer problems to create new business leads.
  • Book ‘next step’ demos for Account Executives (AE’s) by helping to fix uncovered business problems.
  • Use CRM and other tech stack to track your results and capture important information.
