The Company: Global healthcare technology leader delivering AI solutions in speech recognition, ambient listening & clinical coding. Their platforms reduce admin burden, improve accuracy, and free up clinician time. Strong NHS footprint and continued growth.
The Role: The Role: Remote with ~50% travel across Midlands, East Anglia & Wales. Pure new business role selling high-value AI software into NHS Trusts (avg. £500k+ deals). Engage C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CFO, CMIO, CCIO), managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Strategic, consultative "hunter" role with strong internal support.
Experience: Proven NHS new business sales background, closing £500k-multi-million deals. Strong stakeholder engagement and experience navigating long sales cycles.
Package: £80k-£100k base + uncapped commission (OTE £30k+) + excellent benefits.
