What you’ll be doing

This is not your typical sales role. You’ll be at the heart of our growth engine—turning interest into real opportunities.

• Following up on warm leads generated by our marketing team
• Sparking conversations via calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualifying prospects and booking meetings with senior decision-makers
• Supporting our Business Development Manager with insights and prep
• Building a strong pipeline of future clients across the US and Europe
• Working closely with recruiters and researchers to stay ahead of market trends

What we’re looking for

• Confident communicator (you enjoy talking to people!)
• Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Naturally curious about business, markets, and people
• Proactive and self-motivated—you make things happen
• Comfortable working flexible hours to connect with global markets
