We’re hiring: Technical Account Manager

Want to be a trusted security adviser to enterprise customers? As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll own technical relationships with our Managed Security Service customers, helping them get maximum value from their Microsoft security investments.


What you’ll do:

  • Own and grow trusted technical relationships
  • Advise on Microsoft 365 & Azure security
  • Lead service reviews and showcase value through KPIs
  • Identify cross-service opportunities across security & consultancy
  • ✅ Champion service quality and customer success
