Want to be a trusted security adviser to enterprise customers? As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll own technical relationships with our Managed Security Service customers, helping them get maximum value from their Microsoft security investments.
What you’ll do:
- Own and grow trusted technical relationships
- Advise on Microsoft 365 & Azure security
- Lead service reviews and showcase value through KPIs
- Identify cross-service opportunities across security & consultancy
- ✅ Champion service quality and customer success
