About the Role: We are seeking a commercially astute, strategic, and entrepreneurial leader with a strong background in sales and business development. Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to drive sustainable business growth
  • Develop and deliver a clear commercial strategy, expanding into new sectors and markets
  • Maintain and grow a loyal client base while identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Ensure exceptional client service standards, placing customers at the heart of all decisions
  • Strengthen the business’s local and regional presence through networking and hosting of regional events
  • Oversee the overall performance and profitability of the business


Qualifications: Essential: Proven commercial leadership experience at a senior management or director level.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • An interest and passion for rural affairs
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
