Cyber Security Sales Manager

Up to £70,000 | £140,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Remote | Critical Cyber Services

We’re partnering with a fast-growing cybersecurity services provider expanding into the UK & Ireland. This is a first-in-territory opportunity, ideal for someone who wants ownership, influence and the chance to build a market from the ground up.

Working closely with the CEO, you’ll execute a proven go-to-market strategy and take full responsibility for winning new enterprise customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive new business across the UK & Ireland enterprise market
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals and close
• Sell managed and professional cybersecurity services including SOC, MDR, DFIR and Incident Response
• Lead senior-level conversations with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and OT stakeholders
• Manage POCs, demos and commercial proposals
• Play a key role in shaping the UK sales function as it grows

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in cybersecurity or IT services sales
• Strong hunter mindset with a track record of net-new wins
• Experience selling managed security services
• Operational Technology (OT) experience:
• Confident discussing OT environments, risks and security challenges with customers
• Experience engaging clients across ICS / OT landscapes (e.g. Manufacturing, energy, utilities, critical infrastructure)
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a greenfield environment
• Eligible to obtain UK security clearance

• £140,000 OTE with uncapped commission
