Job description
This role is built for someone who thrives upstream. You like getting involved early, shaping specifications, influencing decisions before procurement, and building long-term relationships that determine which solutions are chosen months or even years later.
You understand that the biggest construction and engineering projects are won long before contracts are signed. Whether you’re engaging structural engineers, designers, specialist contractors, or fabrication teams, you bring the technical credibility and commercial confidence needed to influence outcomes early in the project lifecycle.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client is continuously making headlines in the construction technology market. They leverage emerging technologies that enable their customers to accelerate project delivery - including 3D collaboration platforms and machine learning. They're also keen to switch up the status-quo when it comes to their work environment: they prioritise a culture of empathy, compassion and trust, where both your talent and quality of life will be supported.
You’ll benefit from a standout package that puts your security, wellbeing, and future first. This includes a car allowance, life assurance at four times your salary, a generous pension with 6% employer contribution, alongside holiday allowances that increases the longer you work there. Optional private healthcare and a health cash plan let you tailor your cover to suit you, while the option to opt into the Employee Stock Purchase Plan gives you a real stake in the company’s success.
What will your day to day look like?
You’ll focus on growing revenue across structural accounts within a global construction technology business, working at the specification stage where decisions are made. Finding and winning new customers in the construction and engineering sector. Here’s some of what you’ll be doing:
