Job description
We're working with a growing international technology business in the construction and infrastructure sector. They are looking to expand their Sales team and drive growth across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales: prospecting, pipeline management, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Project Directors)
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored presentations and demos
- Navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals and drive them to close
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts in CRM tools
- Monitor competitors and market trends to inform sales strategy
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years in quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales
- Proven record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong consultative sales skills and experience negotiating 5–6 figure contracts
- Willingness and ability to work US hours (Eastern, Central, or Pacific)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- Having ConTech sales experience is beneficial
