National Account Manager

£65,000-£70,000 plus car allowance and bonus

Remote / Field Based

We’re partnering with a high-growth UK drinks business with a strong presence across retail and out-of-home channels. Backed by a diverse, multi-format portfolio, the business is scaling quickly and continuing to expand its footprint across Grocery.

The Role

This is a National Account Manager position focused on retaining and developing key Grocery / Retail accounts.

With significant headroom across the customer base, you’ll focus on unlocking further value through range expansion, increasing portfolio penetration and strengthening long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow national Grocery accounts
• Drive upsell opportunities across a multi-brand portfolio
• Identify and win new retail customers
• Analyse account performance to unlock incremental growth
• Build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
• Deliver compelling, commercially-led brand stories

About You

• Proven NAM experience within both Drinks and Grocery
• Strong track record of growing existing accounts and increasing distribution
• Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and forecasting skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and sell premium propositions
• Self-sufficient, driven and comfortable in a high-growth environment
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
