Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our fast-paced and growing sales team at UltraLEDs.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales function, ensuring a seamless customer experience and helping the team operate efficiently day-to-day.


The Role

As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll work closely with our Account Managers and wider teams to support customer enquiries, manage quotations and keep our internal processes running smoothly.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people and being at the heart of a busy commercial environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day activities and maintain accurate systems and records
  • Prepare and send customer quotations in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, Freshdesk and social media channels
  • Assist customers at our Click & Collect counter, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and share customer feedback
  • Collect and analyse data to support sales performance and business decisions
  • Develop strong product knowledge to support the sales process


About You

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Confident using Excel and working with data
  • Able to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, hands-on and willing to take ownership
  • Experience using Freshdesk or similar systems is beneficial but not essential
