Are you a passionate and patient-focused pharmacist ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent community pharmacy seeking a Pharmacist Manager to lead their friendly and supportive team in Redruth and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As Pharmacist Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding patient care
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
• Ensure safe, efficient dispensing and compliance with regulatory standards
• Build strong relationships with patients, GP surgeries, and the local community
• Drive service development and enhance the pharmacy’s clinical offering

About You

• GPhC registered pharmacist
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A genuine passion for community pharmacy and patient care
• Interest in developing clinical services
• Independent Prescriber qualification desirable, but not essential
