£570pd Outside IR35

Hybrid, 3 days per week in Bristol

Tech: C#, .Net, Angular, Cloud services

We're working with one of the fast-scaling fintechs building innovative payments and financial services technology. With serious investment behind them and a growing engineering team.

The Role (x2)

Operations Enablement – Internal tooling squad within the Customer Lifecycle team, building the systems that help operations staff access the right data, resolve customer queries faster, and drive day-to-day efficiency across the business. You'll own workstreams end-to-end, shape technical strategy, and mentor within a cross-functional team.

What I'm Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with .NET / C#
• Fintech or payments background required
• System design & architecture — scalable, resilient, cloud-native (ideally GCP)
• SQL and noSQL database expertise
• Front-end experience a plus (ideally Angular or react if not)
• Event-driven architecture familiarity desirable
