ROLE: Soft Services Supervisor (Mobile)

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

LOCATION: Herts CLCH NHS - Watford - Langley House

With on occasion supporting the Potters Bar Community Hospital

Role Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with Clients and Internal teams,
• Conduct Cleaning and Catering Audits for the site,
• Monitor performance against SLA's and Cleaning specifications,
• Schedule teams rotas, sick and annual leave cover etc,
• Ensure service delivery across the contracts aligns with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting and Compliance),
• Manage employee wages and ensure Health & safety compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Soft Services/ Catering / Operations,
• Knowledge of ‘National Standards for Healthcare Food and Drink',
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages,
• Excellent customer service and communication skills,
• Food Hygiene qualification is highly desirable,
• Supervisory/ Managerial experience,
• Strong organisation skills and time management,
