About the Roles

• Structured 2–4 year trainee programme, tailored to your experience

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and management of sub-contractors and suppliers
• Support health and safety inspections, risk assessments, and safe working procedures
• Learn to manage customer interactions and quality control processes
• Gain hands-on experience in site inspections and maintaining high site standards

Who We’re Looking For

You could be eligible if you have any one of the following:

• A construction-related qualification
• Relevant site experience
• A 2:2 degree (or above) in a built environment

Additional requirements:

• Full UK working rights
• Driving licence or ability to travel independently
• Willingness to work at multiple sites nationwide
