Job description
Our client is looking for an Immediately Available Accounts Assistant to join their team on a fixed term contract basis. Their duties will include the following:
Preparing and issuing customer invoices
Processing and coding supplier invoices
Performing supplier statement reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
Maintaining project records, including setting up new projects and amending existing ones
Transferring purchase order commitments
Managing incoming calls and responding to enquiries in a professional manner
Providing operational support and cover for team members when required
Assisting with additional finance-related duties on an ad hoc basis
