Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking to expand its London Employment practice. This is an ideal role for an ambitious solicitor who excels in a collegial environment and wants to act as a strategic partner to major global entities.

The Practice: Joining a focused team of experts, you will work on a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters. The group is consistently ranked as a leader in the UK, offering a true variety of work including:

• Litigation: Team moves, covenant breaches, and complex Tribunal cases.
• Transactional: Strategic TUPE advice, M&A due diligence, and post-completion integration.
• Advisory: International projects, investigations, and workforce reorganisations.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical background in collective redundancies and business transfers.
• Experience managing matters with limited supervision and working cross-practice (Litigation/Data Privacy).
• A collaborative spirit and a drive to contribute to the firm’s international growth.
