Your Day-to-Day Role

• Provide 1:1 support for students with additional needs
• Assist in small group interventions
• Support classroom teachers with lesson delivery
• Help manage behaviour and engagement
• Work closely with SENCO and pastoral teams

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with young people (school-based preferred)
• SEN experience desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for education and student support
