Reed Education is working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in the Featherstone area to recruit a dedicated and experienced Year 4 Teacher for a full-time, long-term position, starting as soon as possible.

This role offers a great opportunity for a teacher who enjoys lower Key Stage 2, values consistency, and is looking to become part of a supportive school community where strong teaching is recognised and encouraged.

• Full classroom responsibility for a Year 4 class, including planning, teaching and assessment
• Delivering creative and engaging lessons that build confidence and independence
• Supporting pupils through an important transition year within KS2
• Maintaining clear routines and a positive learning environment
• Working closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with Year 4 experience desirable
• A calm, organised and confident approach to classroom management
• Someone reliable and committed to a long-term role
• Available to start ASAP or within a very short notice period

• A stable, long-term role with full-time hours
• Supportive leadership and a welcoming staff team
• Well-settled pupils who are eager to learn and progress
