Nursery Assistant (CACHE Level 2 / Level 3) Brighton | Private Nursery Flexible Working Options Available

About the RoleAcademics Agency is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and caring Nursery Assistants to join a welcoming private nursery in Brighton. We have multiple positions available with flexible working patterns to suit your availability.

Available Shifts:

• 8:00am - 6:00pm
• 11:00am - 3:00pm
• 12:00pm - 6:00pm
• Flexible ad hoc work also available

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified childcare professionals looking for flexibility while working in a supportive and engaging early years environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Assisting with daily routines, including meals, play, and rest times
• Working collaboratively with nursery staff and parents

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 2 or CACHE Level 3 qualification (essential)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A passion for supporting children's development
