This Teaching Assistant role involves both 1-2-1 and small group support, helping pupils engage with learning, develop independence and build confidence. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both the academic and personal development of pupils.Job Role:

• Working as a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs
• Providing 1-2-1 support as a Teaching Assistant for students who require additional help
• Supporting small groups in your role as a Teaching Assistant
• Assisting the class teacher as a Teaching Assistant in delivering lessons
• Helping pupils develop communication, independence and social skills as a Teaching Assistant
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement as a Teaching Assistant
• Working collaboratively with staff as a Teaching Assistant
• Supporting a safe and structured learning environment as a Teaching Assistant
