Ashington, Northumberland£92.63 – £110.18 per day (PAYE)Full-Time | Immediate Start

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
• Provide 1:1 and small group support, including pupils with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia
• Help students stay engaged, focused, and confident in lessons
• Work alongside teachers to adapt resources and approaches
• Support behaviour in a calm and consistent way
• Build strong relationships that support both learning and wellbeing

You’ll play a key role in helping students overcome barriers and make progress.
