Ashington, Northumberland£92.63 – £110.18 per day (PAYE)Full-Time | Immediate Start
The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, including pupils with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia
- Help students stay engaged, focused, and confident in lessons
- Work alongside teachers to adapt resources and approaches
- Support behaviour in a calm and consistent way
- Build strong relationships that support both learning and wellbeing
