We’re working with a well-established award winning volume housebuilder who are looking to appoint a Senior Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale residential developments.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing the technical and design coordination across two live sites, with a strong focus on groundworks and infrastructure packages through to build & completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all technical information across multiple sites
• Manage and review consultant design information
• Oversee groundworks, infrastructure, and external works packages
• Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and NHBC requirements
• Liaise with internal teams including commercial, construction, and sales
• Monitor design programmes and ensure timely information release

About You:

• Experience working for a housebuilder or residential developer working on schemes
• Strong technical knowledge of groundworks and infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple projects / sites simultaneously
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Proactive and solutions-driven approach
