Corporate Administrator – Corporate Services

A leading international professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Corporate Administrator to join its Corporate Services team in London.
This role supports a diverse portfolio of corporate entities and works closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions. It offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, detail‑driven work in a collaborative, global environment.
The Opportunity
Based in London, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of corporate client entities, including companies and partnerships. You’ll work within a matrix structure, collaborating locally and internationally to ensure statutory compliance, accurate record‑keeping, and consistently high standards of client service.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Managing day‑to‑day correspondence and administrative matters for a portfolio of client entities
- Assisting with incorporations, registrations, annual returns, and statutory filings
- Preparing routine resolutions, minutes, forms, and corporate documentation
- Maintaining accurate statutory records and data across internal systems
- Liaising with clients, directors, and internal stakeholders to support timely service delivery
- Supporting client onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing compliance (including AML/CTF)
- Assisting with board and governance matters, including meeting coordination and documentation
- Supporting billing processes, including fee and invoice preparation
- Providing administrative support to senior colleagues and assisting with ad‑hoc projects
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in corporate administration or company secretarial work within a professional services environment
- Strong working knowledge of company law and corporate governance
- Exposure to offshore or international structures is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident working independently, with sound judgement and awareness of escalation points
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (experience with entity management systems is a plus)
- A collaborative, flexible approach suited to a multi‑jurisdictional team
Professional qualifications (e.g. CGI/ICSA) are not essential, but support will be provided for candidates wishing to pursue them.
