The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive high-impact, commercially focused initiatives across multiple customer groups — including individual users, business clients and distribution partners.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership. You’ll define priorities, shape strategy, and lead delivery across complex product areas that directly influence growth and revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and deliver a portfolio of initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes
• Balance and prioritise across different opportunity types (e.g. Integrations, conversion improvements, partner enablement)
• Lead discovery across a mix of B2C and B2B product areas
• Work closely with third-party partners and manage external dependencies
• Define success metrics and track leading indicators linked to asset growth
• Make informed trade-offs and clearly communicate decisions to senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering meaningful business impact in a product role
• Background in growth, monetisation, integrations, or B2B product development
• Comfortable working in autonomous, cross-functional teams
• Strong product judgement with a data-informed approach to decision-making
• High ownership mindset — you take initiative and drive momentum
