PARAPLANNER (MINIMUM LEVEL 4) – COTSWOLDS (HYBRID/FLEXIBLE WORKING)

We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and client-focused financial planning firm based in the beautiful Cotswolds, who are seeking a qualified Paraplanner (minimum Level 4) to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and technically strong individual to play a key role in supporting Advisers and delivering high-quality financial planning solutions within a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Writing detailed and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, and protection
• Conducting thorough research and analysis to support tailored client recommendations
• Preparing accurate financial planning documentation in line with FCA regulations
• Working closely with Financial Advisers to deliver bespoke client solutions
• Supporting the end-to-end advice process, ensuring high standards of compliance and client service

What we’re looking for:

• Proven paraplanning experience within an IFA or wealth management firm
• Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to manage workloads effectively
