Senior In-House Legal Roles - FinTech & Payments

Job description

We are currently partnering with a couple of leading global payments and fintech organisations on a series of interesting commercial and regulatory law opportunities across the UK and Europe. These roles sit at the intersection of financial services, technology and innovation, offering lawyers the chance to advise on cutting‑edge products, evolving regulatory frameworks, and complex multi‑jurisdictional matters.

We’re particularly keen to connect with lawyers experienced in areas such as:

• Payments and financial services regulation (including PSD/PSR, e‑money, AML/CTF, safeguarding, outsourcing, governance and operational resilience)
• Commercial, product and technology law, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements, supporting product lifecycles, and advising on launches and strategic initiatives
• Cross‑border regulatory issues, regulatory engagement, and navigating emerging frameworks (including virtual assets and stablecoins)
• Data protection, competition/antitrust, and IP considerations within fast‑moving fintech environments
• In‑house, regulated‑business or top‑tier private practice backgrounds, ideally with strong stakeholder management skills and experience supporting product, commercial or compliance teams
