Project Architect / Project Runner
Battersea, London | £40,000 to £45,000 DOE | Hybrid
An established practice, known for their high-end residential architecture and interior design projects across London is now looking for a Project Architect/Project Runner to join them on a permanent basis. The role focuses on high-end residential schemes, with responsibility for coordination, programme management, and stakeholder communication.
Your Experience
- Job running experience (Part II or ARB-registered Architect)
- High-end residential projects experience
- Knowledge of UK planning system and Building Regulations
- Contract administration processes (e.g. JCT)
- AutoCAD and SketchUp proficiency
What You’ll Get
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
- Hybrid working pattern including 1 day working from home each week
