Senior CDM Consultant Job South East London (South East London, Greater London)

South East London, Greater London | £60,000 plus £5,000 car allowance | Hybrid working potential, with regular office attendance and flexible working hours available

Hunter Dunning is working with an established multidisciplinary consultancy to appoint a Senior CDM Consultant in South East London. This role offers a clear route into team management, leading projects across residential, education, commercial, and blue light sectors. You will take ownership of delivery, client relationships, and commercial input across RIBA stages 1 to 6.

Your Experience

• Experience as a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer within a consultancy
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and design risk management
• Project leadership from inception to completion with client responsibility
• Experience across residential, education, commercial, and blue light sectors
• Ability to produce and review risk registers and health and safety documentation
• NEBOSH, IOSH, APS, or similar Health and Safety qualifications
