I’m looking for a Data Product Manager to join a growing team working on impactful, data driven products within the healthcare space!

You’ll be hands on, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, while also acting as a strong, steady voice when it comes to stakeholder management and delivery

What you'll be doing:

✨ Owning data driven products end to end

From idea to launch (and everything in between), you’ll take full ownership... Shaping the vision, driving the strategy and making things happen

✨ Bridging business and tech like a pro

You’ll sit comfortably between engineers, data teams and stakeholders to translate complexity into clear, actionable direction without the jargon overload

✨ Making smart, data led calls

You’ll cut through the noise, using insight and experience to prioritise what really matters and keep things moving

✨ Having your team’s back

You’ll create the space for your team to do their best work... Managing expectations, removing blockers and pushing back when needed (in the right way)

✨ Influencing without the ego

You know how to bring people with you, when to challenge, when to align and how to handle tricky conversations with confidence and empathy

✨ Keeping things secure and on point

You’ll make sure governance, security and compliance aren’t afterthoughts, they’re built in from day one

Remote first: West Yorkshire (with a preference for candidates based nearby)

Salary up to £55k (depending on experience)
