Currently in search of a Senior Product Manager to join one of the UK’s leading digital design consultancies supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes to both the public and private sectors.

You will be a specialist in user-centred design, agile and working with client-facing environments. You'll be expereinced in working within a UCD capibility leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams creating vision for products with a developed roadmap and managing a prioritised backlog.

What you’ll be doing as Senior Product Manager:

• Inspiring and guiding your colleagues supporting the client’s needs

• Engage with stakeholders to build a product vision and translate into a roadmap & backlog across multi-disciplinary teams.

• Putting in place measurable objectives and results for teams whilst acting as a mentor and coach for juniors.

As well as your expertise in Product Management, you should have:

• A strong public sector or consulting background

• Be a mentor/leader of teams and people with the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary squad

• Strong user-centred design and agile experience

• GDS (Government Digital Service) understanding is highly desirable

The Package:

• £60,000 - £70,000
